Storage Services in Singapore

If your move-out date, renovation, handover or office setup doesn't line up with your move-in date, we can hold your items in storage and handle pickup, packing, storage and redelivery as one plan instead of three separate bookings.

Storage Types

• Short-term storage for gaps of a few days or weeks during renovation, key handover, or a delayed move-in
• Long-term storage for furniture, cartons, appliances or files kept for months or longer
• Residential storage for HDB, condo, landed, rental handover, decluttering, or overseas relocation
• Office and commercial storage for workstations, cabinets, documents and IT equipment during a phased office move
• Move-linked storage: pickup from the old address, storage in between, redelivery to the new one

How Storage Pricing Works

Storage is SGD 60 per cubic metre per month. The exact quote depends on:

Minimum Duration and Access

Minimum storage duration depends on your move schedule, not a fixed facility minimum, so tell us whether you need days, weeks or months. If you'll need to retrieve items while they're in storage, flag this before everything is packed. Access and retrieval need advance notice.

What Can Be Stored

• Furniture, beds, sofas, dining sets, cabinets, loose household items
• Cartons, clothes, personal belongings, books, small appliances
• Office furniture, workstations, chairs, files, display items, stock and non-hazardous equipment
• Anything properly packed, dry, clean and safe for storage

What Cannot Be Stored

• Food, perishables, waste, damp items, leaking liquids, or items with pest issues
• Hazardous, flammable, explosive, toxic or illegal materials
• Cash, jewellery, passports, original legal documents, or other irreplaceable valuables
• Live plants or animals, and anything needing temperature-controlled handling unless we've confirmed that separately

How Storage Combines With a Move

1. Survey and quote. Send photos, an item list, access details, estimated duration, pickup address and delivery address if known.
2. Packing and labelling. Cartons, furniture and office items are packed or protected before pickup where needed.
3. Pickup and transport. Our team collects from the home, office or commercial unit.
4. Storage placement. Items go into storage based on volume and handling needs.
5. Redelivery. When the new home or office is ready, items go back out and get placed according to your plan.
