HDB Moves

HDB moves need planning around lift access, corridor space and permitted moving hours. We handle:

• Coordination so the move stays inside your block's permitted hours

Condo Moves

Condos add a layer that HDB doesn't: MCST rules, service lift booking, and loading bay timing. Before moving day we confirm:

• Service lift slot and loading bay access
• Any move-in/move-out permit or deposit your MCST requires
• Floor and lift protection requirements
• Weekday vs weekend and after-hours rules, since many condos restrict moving past 6-9pm

Landed Property Moves

Landed homes are generally more flexible on timing and access than condos, but often involve more volume and multiple levels. We plan crew size around floor count and stair carry if there's no lift.
