What Pushes the Price Up

• No lift access or stairs. Stair carry needs more manpower and time. See our no-lift-access page if this applies to you.
• Long carry to the loading bay. Condo basement routes and restricted loading bays add labour.
• Dismantling and reassembly. Beds, wardrobes, workstations and large cabinets need tools and setup time.
• Weekend or after-hours moves. Common for offices working around MCST rules, subject to availability and a timing surcharge.
• Urgent booking. Same-day or last-minute moves can cost more when we need to pull in extra manpower or a vehicle slot.
• Heavy or fragile items. Pianos, safes, gym equipment, fish tanks and medical beds need extra handling.

What Costs Extra

These are quoted only when they apply to your move.
