What Gets Left Out of Lowball Quotes

Manpower. Only the truck is included; loading and unloading cost extra.
Stairs or no lift access. An additional SGD 10-30 per floor is common.
Dismantling and reassembly. Beds, cabinets and tables are often not included.
Packing materials. Boxes, stretch film and bubble wrap billed separately.
Waiting time. Delays get charged per 30 minutes.
